Who We Are

Heather McGiness

Heather has been involved with Time Together since 1993, initially as a trustee she is now our chief executive running the organisation. Heather is a member of the Craven, Harrogate and Local District Learning Disabilities Partnership Board and is actively involved in the steering of Learning Disability services in the Harrogate District.

Lynda Jardine

Lynda is our Autism Development Manager, she has researched the development of Autism and Autistic Spectrum disorders for over 20 years. Lynda uses her experience to assess new clients, she is also involved in the training and development of the staff team.

Paul Jackson

Paul is our service manager, he has worked with people with a Learning Disability for over 7 years. He assists Heather in the running of the organisation working closely with the staff team in providing the best support possible for the people who use our service.

Jan Woolcock

Jan has been our administrator for over 12 years, she is usually the person who answers the phone. Jan's role is to help process all our necessary paperwork and is a vital member of our management team.

Diane Mayo

Diane has worked with Time Together for 6 years she is an important member of the management team. As senior support worker Diane coordinates a contract supporting the client and family and dedicated support team. Diane also works face to face with a number of clients in various service settings.
