Do you think Time Together is a good service provider?

Yes Time Together provide a really good service to our son above and beyond their call of duty, Time Together interact with other service providers and liaze the outcome to his family (parents).

What do you like best about Time Together?

To help me when I need it.

Going out and about to different places.

Overall I really appreciate the 1:1 support, I feel the person centred approach is of vital benefit to me.

Happy Mondays social group and opportunity to join together and do different things.

Do you think you get a good choice of ideas and activities?

I get to go places I don't go with mum and dad.

Our son's behaviour has improved immensely as he is being offered different things to do.

I appreciate having activities tailored to my needs, Time Together have a flexible approach.

Most things but occasionally time and money comes into the equation.

Do you feel that you have made any friendships through your support with Time Together?

Especially through happy Mondays.

Do you feel you have a voice and people listen to you?

Most said yes but one or two felt they found it harder in a group.

The workers do listen and are very helpful, they always seem open to any suggestions.

Do you feel you get the best out of your support worker in what you do with Time Together?

Our son is supported in his health care, personal care and has access to his community, the shops and he dines out and has fun.

I go swimming, have gone on long walks and visited places of interest.

Time Together support me in my voluntary job, this is very helpful to me.

I try to get the most out of each session.

Is your support worker reliable and on time?

All my support team are very reliable.

Yes and if they are going to be late or we have to change something they always let me know.

Is your support worker polite and comfortable to be with?

All the people who work with our son have always been polite helpful easy to speak to comfortably and supportive

I think all my support team are friendly, polite and understanding.

Yes very nice and friendly playing music in her car and telling jokes.
